START/END HELIPORTS
Select which heliport you want to take off from. There may be changes according to availability, so select the location best for you, although we recommend our Teresa Vilà d'Ullastrell heliport in Vallès Occidental.
FLY TO:
Select from any of the towns in Catalonia that appear in our database that you would like to fly over. Only towns with a town council appear on the list. Thus, if you would like to visit somewhere that is not on the list, select the closest municipality and let us know exactly where you want to go in the comments field when you make the reservation. We should mention that there are some limits for flying over different areas. Please read the chapter that details this in the “ Booking Conditions ”
Keep the following in mind when selecting where you want to fly:
- The flight price for towns in red is 88 for one-person flights, 170 for 2 or 3 people and 295 for 4 or 5 people. These are the economic flights.
- Towns in grey are zones with high air-traffic densities and we cannot fly over them.
- Towns in blue have over 50,000 inhabitants and the flight will circle the city.
PRICE:
After selecting the flight type, the heliport and the municipality you would like to fly over, the price per person and available dates will be displayed automatically.
If you would like to see the price for flights with different destinations, from different takeoff points or to fly alone or with more people, just modify the appropriate fields and you will see the new price and new information.
DATE:
The calendar will show the dates available for the current month. Days in green are days when you can fly and those in red are unavailable. Remember that the availability will change depending on the number of passengers, the launch heliport and the town you select. However, you can move forward or back by calendar months using the single arrows “ < ” “ > ”, or by years using the double arrows “ << ” “ >> ”. Click on the date you want to fly.
RESERVE NOW!
After selecting the date, the RESERVE NOW! control will be activated, which will display the first step in the reservation process and the time that the reservation system has assigned for the flight. If you have questions during the process, please consult the Help menu.
GIFT IT
This is a control which is activated once you have selected all the parameters of the flight you wish to give as a gift. First then, you need to choose the route, the origin and destination heliports and where the flight-gift needs to get to ( town or tourist route). There are two ways to make the reservation: either select via the calendar, the date for the flight-gift, or leave the reservation date pending. If you choose this second option, all you need to do is call our office at a later date to assign a date. Once you've decided on your choice, all you need to do is click on the control RESERVA YA!
Once the reservation has been formalised, you will receive an email with a PDF gift voucher attachment. Give this to whoever will receive your gift. On the day of the flight they must bring it with them together with some kind of formal identification.
If you don't wish to make a gift reservation, deactivate this control.
RESERVATION PROCESS HELP
There are 4 steps in the reservation process and they operate as follows:
STEP01:
Verify the options you have selected: passengers, start/finish heliport, fly to and date and note that there are some additional data like: flight time, arrival time, total flight time and helicopter reserved.

If you like, you may change the selection parameters before going to STEP02. If you wish to continue, please read and accept and booking and cancellation conditions now.
Finally, and if you are a registered user and don’t want to re-enter the data in the next step, enter your username and password now and then accept.
STEP02:
Please fill in contact person info in the event of possible communications before the flight and ticket data for the reservation. If you check option “I am also on the flight” and you enter your data as the “Contact person” this will be sufficient.
